Who you are buying from

NexusPlan subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle — not NexusPlan — is the seller of record for your purchase: it takes payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT/GST, issues your invoice, and is the party your card statement will reference.

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are processed by Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase alongside this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Paddle's Buyer Terms or under the consumer law of your country.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — at the price in effect when you subscribed, until you cancel.

Before each renewal you are charged for the coming period. The price you see at checkout, in your own currency and including any tax, is what you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing & plans in your account, or by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drops to the Free plan — you keep access to what you have paid for, and nothing is cut off early. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Recent charges. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and have not made substantial use of the paid features in that period, contact [email protected] and we will refund that charge in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

Mid-period cancellation. Outside that window, cancelling stops future charges but we do not prorate or refund the remainder of a period already paid for, except where required by law.

Billed in error. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — the wrong plan, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation — contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will investigate and correct it.

Your statutory rights. Nothing here removes any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that right applies.

Free trials

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the first charge is taken at that point. Cancel any time during the trial from Billing & plans and you will not be charged.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it and email you a secure link to update your card. Your plan continues during a short grace period. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the Free plan.
