Organisations & teams

An organisation is a shared workspace for a team. Creating one needs a Pro Team or Business plan; see Plans & capabilities for what each includes.

• Members — invite colleagues to collaborate on projects. Pro Team covers up to 5 users, counting the owner; Business includes 15, then charges per extra user.
• Quoting — labour rates, markup, tax and quote defaults, so Quotes total automatically.
• Catalogue and pricing — private custom devices and device prices shared across the team (Business).
• Branding — your logo, colours and header note on client documents and share links (Business).

Org admins manage these under organisation settings.
