FAQ & troubleshooting

My coverage looks green everywhere but the channel is crowded. Coverage measures signal strength, not spectrum congestion. Use the Network planner’s Spectrum tab to check channels, airtime, and capacity.

A device isn’t showing in the right place in 3D. Set its Mount type (in-ceiling / on-wall / in-wall / on-table) in the properties panel.

Signal isn’t passing between floors. Floors must be aligned first — use Align floors and pick a shared tie-point like a staircase.

The shared link asks for a password. The project owner protected it. Ask them for the password, or they can remove it in the Share panel.

My floor-plan image looks off-scale. Use Set scale to click a known distance, or Adjust floor plan to reposition the underlay.
