NexusPlan has three plans. Prices are in US dollars; checkout shows the price in your local currency, with tax where it applies.

Pro Team
Section titled “Pro Team”Everything in Free, plus:
- Unlimited projects
- Cable runs and the cabling schedule
- Priced quotes with labour and markup
- Mesh topology and cross-floor RF analysis
- Version history
- AI features (bring your own provider key)
- An organisation for up to 5 users, counting you. Pro Team is capped at 5 — for more people, move to Business.
Pro Team documents name your company and carry its details and terms, but not your logo, tagline or page layout, and share links carry NexusPlan branding. Your own branding is a Business feature.
Business
Section titled “Business”Everything in Pro Team, plus:
- Up to 15 users included, then US$8 per extra user per month (US$80 per user per year)
- Your logo and colours on client documents and share links — logo, tagline, and the header and footer layout of quotes and proposals
- A shared device catalogue and pricing for your organisation
- Priority support
How plans apply to a team
Section titled “How plans apply to a team”In an organisation, what everyone can use follows the plan of the organisation’s owner — the person who pays. Members don’t need a plan of their own. If the owner’s subscription ends, the paid features end for the whole team.
What you see adapts to your account: professional tools your plan doesn’t include are hidden rather than shown and then blocked. The AI controls are the exception — they stay visible but locked, so you can see what an upgrade adds.
Refunds
